i found the location very convenient for accessing many attractions. the room was notably large and well-lit. the provided water bottles daily were appreciated. the staff offered prompt service when i required assistance.

i occasionally heard music from a nearby bar during the evening hours. soundproofing would reduce this disturbance.

The bathtub lacked hot water. Quite a letdown. the room seemed old, especially considering the price i paid. it resembled the photos, though it felt smaller and a karaoke place nearby was very noisy during the evening.

the hotel has a beautiful style and it is in a great location near several major temples and the grand palace i loved that the river and canal boats can be reached within a short walk this made getting around easy and cheap khaosan road is also a quick walk away. we checked in late around 2 am and the receptionist was very attentive the breakfast was good and the tours organized by the hotel were worth it.

the pillows were firm but the staff changed them immediately when we asked so it wasn't a big deal at all
